These Affiliate Terms govern your participation in LLS Method™ Affiliate Program (the “Program”). They apply worldwide. Where local consumer law grants stronger rights, the stronger rule applies.

• LLS Method or LLS means the platform, sites and products offered under the domain llsmethod.com and related subdomains.

• Program means LLS Method™ Affiliate Program described in these terms.

• Affiliate or you means a person accepted into the Program.

• Qualified Purchase means a valid purchase of an eligible LLS program made by a new customer using your unique affiliate link, that is not refunded or charged back.

The Program allows accepted Affiliates to earn commission on Qualified Purchases of LLS programs they are approved to promote.

• There is no separate licence fee to become an Affiliate.

• Commissions are paid as a percentage of the sale price actually paid by the customer, excluding taxes, currency conversion charges and payment processor fees.

• Current commission rates and payout details will be provided in your affiliate onboarding email or dashboard.

LLS Method™ may update Program details from time to time as described in Section 12.

3.1 Student requirement

You must be an active student of at least one LLS track to participate in the Program. Your affiliate rights are linked to the track or tracks you hold.

3.2 Which programs you can promote

Unless we tell you otherwise in writing:

• If you are enrolled in LLS Method™ MINI, you may promote MINI.

• If you are enrolled in LLS Method™ KICKSTARTER, you may promote MINI and KICKSTARTER.

• If you are enrolled in LLS Method™ PRACTITIONER, you may promote MINI, KICKSTARTER and PRACTITIONER.

• If you are enrolled in LLS Method™ CREATOR, you may promote MINI, KICKSTARTER, PRACTITIONER and CREATOR.

You may not promote tracks you do not hold as a student unless LLS Method™ gives written permission.

4.1 Commission rate

• The default commission rate is 70% of the net program price paid by the customer, after discounts and before taxes and payment processor fees.

• If a different rate applies to a specific product or campaign, it will be clearly stated in writing.

4.2 Tracking and attribution

• You will receive a unique affiliate link (or links) for the products you are allowed to promote.

• A purchase counts as a Qualified Purchase only when:

  • the customer used your affiliate link, and

  • the purchase is recorded by our tracking system, and

  • the order is not refunded or charged back.

We are not responsible for missed commissions where tracking is affected by factors outside our control (for example, ad blockers, cookie deletion, the customer switching devices or using a different browser).

4.3 Self-purchases

You may not use your own affiliate link to receive commission on your own purchases unless we explicitly allow this in writing.

LLS Method™ provides technical setup after you purchase a license and select a model.

5.1 Included scope

The included setup covers time and effort only. It uses the standard website and storefront template for the licensed track or tracks with minor customisation. Minor customisation includes brand name, logo placement, colour adjustments, and basic copy insertion. It does not include a fully custom website, bespoke layouts, extensive copywriting, or custom development.

5.2 Third-party costs

You are responsible for all third-party costs, including domain registration, DNS hosting, email service or mailbox fees, payment processor fees, and any optional software or integrations. LLS Method™ does not purchase or fund third-party services on your behalf.

5.3 Access and prerequisites

You will provide timely access to your domain registrar and email service where required for DNS and sender authentication. Delays in providing access will extend the setup timeline.

5.4 Change requests

Requests that go beyond minor customisation may be quoted separately. After initial sign-off, additional changes may be billed.

LLS Method will contact you by email to complete setup and will specify any additional information required.

• Payouts are made using the payment method and schedule described in your affiliate onboarding email (for example, PayPal on a set day of the month, subject to a minimum payout threshold).

• Commissions are paid only on cleared Qualified Purchases that are past the refund period.

• You are responsible for any taxes, filings and reporting that apply to your income in your country. We do not provide tax advice.

• If a payment method fails or your payout details are out of date, payouts may be delayed until we receive updated information.

• All official retail prices for LLS programs are set by LLS Method™.

• You may not:

  • change program prices,

  • promise special pricing we have not approved,

  • offer rebates, refunds or “cash back” from your commission that make the effective price lower than the official price.

If we announce temporary promotions or discounts, you must present them exactly as specified, including dates and any limits.

You may describe yourself as an: “LLS Method™ Affiliate”

You may:

• Use approved product names, short descriptions and images that we provide.

• Link to official pages on our sites using your affiliate links.

You may not:

• Present yourself as an employee, partner, franchise, or official representative of LLS Method™.

• Register domains, pages or social handles that appear to be official LLS channels (for example, using “official” or “team” in a way that suggests ownership).

• Alter core product content, training or branding.

If you are unsure about a specific use of the brand, ask support before publishing.

You must follow:

• These Affiliate Terms, and

• Our site Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Earnings Disclaimer and Refund Policy, and

• The rules of any platform you market on (for example, TikTok, Meta, Google, email providers).

You may not:

• Use spam, unsolicited bulk messaging or auto-DM tools.

• Make income claims, guaranteed results or “get rich quick” promises.

• Misrepresent what LLS is or what it includes.

• Run ads that impersonate us or send traffic to unofficial pages.

We may provide example copy or guidelines. Where we do, you must follow them.

• If a customer receives a refund or a chargeback is upheld, any related commission will be reversed or deducted from future payouts.

• If we detect abuse or unusual refund patterns related to your referrals, we may pause payouts while we investigate.

Your Affiliate status continues until:

• You cancel your participation by writing to support, or

• We suspend or terminate your status.

We may suspend or terminate your participation if:

• You breach these Affiliate Terms or our other policies,

• You misuse the brand,

• You make misleading claims,

• Or where law, payment platforms or advertising platforms require us to act.

If we plan to terminate you, we will normally try to contact you first and give you a chance to fix the issue, unless the breach is serious.

On termination:

• You must stop using affiliate links and remove any marketing that presents you as an LLS Affiliate.

• Outstanding, valid commissions earned before termination will be paid in line with these terms, unless they arose from prohibited activity.

We process customer and affiliate data according to our Privacy Policy. You agree to keep any customer information you receive secure and to use it only for lawful purposes connected with your affiliate activity.

We may update these Affiliate Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, platforms or our business. When we do:

• We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and

• Where changes are material, we may also notify you by email or inside your affiliate area.

If you continue to participate in the Program after changes take effect, you are treated as having accepted the updated terms.
